Dominie Moss established The Return Hub in 2016 to fill a significant gap in the recruitment and search industry. She has over 20 years’ experience in the financial sector, 16 of which is in Executive Search and prior to setting up The Return Hub she was a Partner at JD Haspel and co-lead of the Global Banking and Markets practice. She was previously a Managing Director at Sheffield Haworth and during her career has completed numerous leadership assignments for a range of global clients in financial services Dominie has conducted extensive research on the returner topic, specifically in relation to banking and financial institutions and advises on what the UK government can do to increase the participation of women in the workforce. To lobby for change, Dominie created the campaign #TimetoReturn promoting awareness of women returners to potential employers. In the face of Covid19, The Return Hub’s campaign #ReturnWell focused on the positive changes clients and candidates can make in a time of workplace transformation. Post the pandemic, they have undertaken research to better understand attitudes towards flexible working, diversity initiatives and the gender pay gap in the City. Dominie’s work has received extensive award recognition and press coverage in publications such as the FT, Telegraph and on Radio 4’s Today programme and is a regular speaker and thought leader on the topic of Diversity, and Women and Work in the City. The Return Hub is a leading financial services executive search and advisory firm working with FTSE 100 companies to SMEs in the financial sector to help them build diverse teams at the mid and senior level from a hard-to-find talent pool.
