The ABS team is part of the European Securitised Products group, which has a track record in arranging and placing structured credit products, with team members in Europe, North America and Asia and including a global syndication team. The ABS team specialises in originating, arranging and distributing public and private ABS securitisation transactions backed mostly by granular loans/receivables portfolios. The role will focus on deal structuring/execution and risk underwriting.
The role
- Contribute to sourcing, arranging and distributing public and private ABS
- Drafting market presentations, term sheets, cash-flow modelling, discussions with rating agencies,
- Reviewing transactions legal documentation, rating agencies reports etc. prepare and present internal credit analysis/applications
- ABS book monitoring, organising investor roadshows and investor meetings, market surveillance
Requires
- Understanding of structured credit with at least 2-3 years’ experience in the structuring of securitisation transactions (preferably ABS/RMBS)
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA
