  • Develop successful business by providing specialist sales and product coverage to existing and new clients.  Develop global and regional marketing / sales strategies, build brand recognition and awareness, working effectively with the global trading desk ensuring clear communication and coordinated approach between Hong Kong, London and New York.
  • Requires proven experience in ETF sales and pricing related activities in EMEA markets with a thorough understanding of equity markets and instruments such as stocks, depository receipts, ETFs and futures.  Essential is the ability to work as part of a team and to effectively interact with clients and sales teams.

Fixed Income Credit Analyst

  • Providing Credit Research on financial institutions (banks, insurance, asset management etc.), contributing to performance of team funds, analysing and modelling financial data.  Attends company meetings, monitors company results and performance.
  • Develops own investment expertise through building and maintaining effective relationships with brokers/analysts etc. and acts as a point of contact for the Funds and the Retail business to external and internal clients.
  • Requires previous experience in Credit Research on financial institutions and credit analysis within financial services.

  • Providing effective oversight and challenge to the Fixed Interest and Multi-Asset investment capabilities.  Involved continuous analysis of the Fixed Interest and Multi-Asset portfolios, investigating portfolio positioning, performance and investment risk to provide insight and challenge to fund managers.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of performance and risk issues, systems and industry developments
  • Requires previous relevant experience within an investment business or financial services with an understanding of performance attribution, ex-ante investment risk analysis, economics and behavioural finance and knowledge of fixed interest and financial derivative instruments. Experience with Barclays POINT, Bloomberg and RiskMetrics beneficial.

Senior Asset Manager – PART TIME

  • Manage investment properties in the retail property portfolio.  Reporting into the senior fund manager with a dotted line to the Portfolio Fund Manager and Head of Property.
  • Pro-actively manage properties, ensure lease events actioned appropriately, oversee managing agents, ensuring property value maintained and enhanced.  Contribute to forecast and strategy process, ensuring sales obtain full potential value.
  • Ideally requires knowledge of UK retail property sector, MRICS/FRICS preferred but not essential, working knowledge of legal/economic framework.

  • A new role to manage, analyse and monitor the credit risk portfolio, recommending action to minimise risk and escalate review of emerging risk.  To maintain close contact with the Risk Division, business originator and senior management.  Analyse prospective transactions and the credit and counterparty risk impact.
  • Prepare credit portfolio analysis and reports, provide opinions and recommendations on proposed credit and potential risks to both credit and collateral in securing the transactions. Work with senior risk and team managers to manage the portfolio credit quality and to prepare credit recommendations. May be required to lead, direct and manage staff.
  • Requires at least 7 years financial sector experience preferably in a risk management department, substantial knowledge of counterparty credit risk and ability to analyse traditional lending, structured transactions and traded products portfolios, including OTC derivatives and securities financing transactions.

Infrastructure M&A / Infrastructure Debt Advisory

  • A role in the capital advisory team raising acquisition debt and advising on re-financings as well as lending balance sheet.  The team has advised on debt transactions of more than £5bn in the last year, from senior debt to preferred equity in a range of landmark European M&A and Project Finance deals,
  • Involved in advisory and occasionally principal transactions from the outset, build and oversee financial models, prepare draft term sheets and information memoranda, liaise with banks, assess appropriate debt levels/structure for acquisition.
  • Requires previous relevant experience, knowledge of debt products across the capital structure, knowledge of finance documentation, preferred experience in project finance, infrastructure, and acquisition finance, financial modelling skills including cash flow and financial ratio analysis.
