To manage a large number of long only equity mandates managed in line with model portfolios supplied by the Fund Management Team.
Create trade orders through CRD to route to the central dealing department for execution. Communicating regularly with Fund Managers/Dealing Teams, to ensure trading activity aligned with thoughts.
Prepare and maintain service level agreement with Fund Managers to efficiently manage the portfolios. Work with Multi-Asset Team to bring on board new model portfolios. Ensure mandates meet regulatory obligations,
Requires previous experience in a Fund Management position, extensive industry experience and in depth understanding of dealing in equities.
UK Retail – Head of Financial Institutions Group Sales
To lead, manage and develop the UK Retail Financial Institutions group, covering discretionary asset managers, wealth managers and retail banks.
Own the strategic plan for the FIG team. Contribute to development, execution and communication of wider UK Retail distribution strategy, including mutual funds, ETFS and segregated accounts. Help develop and launch new products for the UK Retail Market.
Lead a team of experienced sales professionals, ensure team is appropriately resourced, makes effective use of technology and is successfully communicating/coordinating within UK Retail.
Requires significant experience in the investment management sector and selling within the UK Retail Markets, with experience of mutual fund, ETF and segregated account sales.
