Are you a product structuring professional with strong experience in fund launches, governance, and regulatory frameworks across UCITS structures? A leading investment management firm is looking for an Interim Senior Product Structuring Manager to join their high-performing team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As Interim Senior Product Structuring Manager, you will play a central role in delivering complex product initiatives across a broad range of pooled structures including Luxembourg SICAVs, Irish ICVCs, UK unit trusts, OEICs, and active ETFs. This position is critical to supporting the firm’s strategic objectives and ensuring robust governance, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end product initiatives – from inception to delivery – aligned with governance and compliance standards

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and facilitate working groups across internal stakeholder teams

  • Draft and present product proposals for internal committees and fund boards

  • Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, investment, sustainability, and operational teams

  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic product decisions

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years’ experience in a product structuring or product development role within investment management

  • Solid understanding of UCITS fund structures in Luxembourg, Ireland, and the UK

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience leading cross-functional groups

  • Exposure to ETF products and familiarity with fund governance processes

  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities, especially for senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies

  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact product initiatives in a fast-paced environment
