Carlota joined The Return Hub at the beginning of November 2021 as their Office and Marketing Coordinator. Born in Portugal, she came to the UK in 2018 to study and pursue a career in Marketing. She gained a first-class BA Hons degree in Marketing from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. As part of her dissertation, she researched social media growth, engagement, and the power of influencers. Alongside her studies, she worked in Retail, achieving promotions to the role of department manager. Following graduation, she worked for a short stint in Retail banking for Halifax before joining The Return Hub to being her career in Marketing. With her passion for helping to empower women, she is delighted to be working for The Return Hub and contributing to the promotion of gender diversity in the City.
