Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Analysis & Project Management
- Monitor and analyse new UK laws, regulations, and best practices to assess business impact.
- Launch and manage regulatory change projects in coordination with the UK Head of CIB Compliance and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining key milestones and responsibilities.
- Provide regular project status updates, highlighting progress, risks, and issues to governance forums.
Training & Policy Development
- Produce engaging and informative training materials tailored to new regulatory requirements.
- Review and update internal policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with business and support functions to ensure consistent messaging and adoption of updates.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Build strong working relationships with branch leadership, business units, and control functions.
- Prepare and present management information (MI) to governance bodies, tracking decisions and follow-up actions.
- Provide regular updates to Head Office on regulatory trends, project developments, and compliance initiatives.
