Salesforce Manager (Client Group), Asset Management

Ready to take full ownership of a high-impact Salesforce platform and shape how client engagement really works? This is a hands-on role where you won’t just manage Salesforce, you’ll make it deliver.

We’re looking for a Salesforce expert who thrives on execution. You’ll sit at the heart of Client Experience, partnering closely with Business Development to optimise workflows, sharpen insights, and ensure the platform truly supports sales and client servicing in a fast-evolving asset management environment.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own Salesforce end-to-end—configuration, optimisation, delivery, and governance.

  • Run the platform: Configure objects, fields, flows, permissions, and validation rules
  • Deliver improvements: Lead enhancements, fixes, releases, testing, and deployments
  • Partner with the business: Turn real-world sales and client needs into practical Salesforce solutions
  • Drive adoption: Support users and act as a trusted advisor on best practice
  • Own data quality: Set standards, enforce governance, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Enable insight: Build dashboards and reporting that actually drive decisions
  • Support key workflows: From intermediary coverage to institutional relationships and pipeline tracking
  • Collaborate across tech: Work with Technology and Product on integrations and roadmap input
  • Manage vendors: Keep third parties and support partners delivering at a high standard

What you’ll bring

  • Strong, hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex environment
  • Deep expertise in configuration (flows, objects, permissions, reporting)
  • Experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services
  • Understanding of intermediary and/or institutional distribution models
  • A track record of translating business needs into scalable solutions
  • Ownership of data quality and governance within a CRM
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin preferred)

Bonus points for: Marketing Cloud or campaign tools, and experience in an FCA-regulated environment
