Marjorie joined Redington via the return to work program in January 2017, and upon completion of the program moved into a permanent role as SVP in the Manger Research Team. During her tenure at Redington, she has assumed coverage of a range of investment strategies mainly focusing on liquid credit markets. In this capacity, she has been able to draw on her prior experience (before children) in credit analysis in the investment management sector. She also founded the Redington Women’s Network to provide a forum to discuss issues related to gender diversity. She believes that The Return Hub was instrumental in helping ease her return to work after her third child and in her finding the opportunity at Redington in a new role in a new sector of financial services.
