The Role

A senior HR leadership position, reporting to Global Head of HR, with responsibility for delivering the people strategy across a regulated European business. You will partner closely with senior leadership in Europe and the US, providing clear, commercially focused HR guidance while ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR matters
  • Lead the HR function across Europe, driving consistency, quality, and control
  • Manage employee relations, risk, and regulatory requirements in a complex environment
  • Oversee compensation and reward processes, including annual reviews and governance
  • Drive talent, performance, and organisational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with UK and European employment law and FCA requirements
  • Deliver accurate MI and board-level reporting
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team

Candidate Profile

  • Proven HR leader with experience in a regulated financial services environment
  • Strong working knowledge of UK and European employment legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive level
  • Commercially focused, with sound judgement and discretion
  • Experience leading teams in an international business

Regulatory Requirement

This role is subject to the Certification Regime, including compliance with FCA Conduct Rules and annual Fitness & Propriety assessment.
