A leading UK investment manager is looking for a Reward Manager to take ownership of its total rewards framework, with a strong focus on benefits strategy, governance, and employee experience across the UK and international locations.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll blend strategy, analytics, and delivery to ensure reward and benefits programmes are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
What you’ll be doing

Own and evolve the global benefits offering – ensuring programmes are competitive, inclusive, and valued by employees.

Manage key provider relationships including brokers and vendors, leading negotiations, renewals, and tenders.

Deliver seamless annual benefits cycles – from enrolment to communications and scheme enhancements.

Oversee pension governance and ensure compliance with UK auto-enrolment requirements.

Drive wellbeing initiatives and integrate them into the wider benefits strategy.

Support annual compensation processes including salary reviews, bonus modelling, benchmarking, and pay analysis.

Provide reward insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring fair and competitive pay decisions.

Contribute to reward governance, pay equity analysis, and regulatory reporting within a regulated financial services environment.

Use data and analytics to improve reward programmes, optimise costs, and enhance employee experience.

Lead reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including digitalisation and process optimisation.
What you’ll bring

Strong experience across UK compensation & benefits, ideally within financial services.

Deep knowledge of benefits design, vendor management, and programme delivery.

Experience managing annual reward and benefits cycles end-to-end.

Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.

Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and HR partners.

Experience with reward systems or HRIS such as Workday, Payscale, or EquatePlus is advantageous.
