A leading UK investment manager is looking for a Reward Manager to take ownership of its total rewards framework, with a strong focus on benefits strategy, governance, and employee experience across the UK and international locations.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll blend strategy, analytics, and delivery to ensure reward and benefits programmes are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and evolve the global benefits offering – ensuring programmes are competitive, inclusive, and valued by employees.

  • Manage key provider relationships including brokers and vendors, leading negotiations, renewals, and tenders.

  • Deliver seamless annual benefits cycles – from enrolment to communications and scheme enhancements.

  • Oversee pension governance and ensure compliance with UK auto-enrolment requirements.

  • Drive wellbeing initiatives and integrate them into the wider benefits strategy.

  • Support annual compensation processes including salary reviews, bonus modelling, benchmarking, and pay analysis.

  • Provide reward insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring fair and competitive pay decisions.

  • Contribute to reward governance, pay equity analysis, and regulatory reporting within a regulated financial services environment.

  • Use data and analytics to improve reward programmes, optimise costs, and enhance employee experience.

  • Lead reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including digitalisation and process optimisation.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience across UK compensation & benefits, ideally within financial services.

  • Deep knowledge of benefits design, vendor management, and programme delivery.

  • Experience managing annual reward and benefits cycles end-to-end.

  • Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.

  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and HR partners.

  • Experience with reward systems or HRIS such as Workday, Payscale, or EquatePlus is advantageous.
