We’re looking for a highly experienced Relationship Director to drive distribution across the Middle East Wholesale and Family Office market, based in London and working closely with the Head of MEA & Australia.
With an established footprint in the region and ambitious plans for further growth, this role offers the chance to shape strategy, deepen key relationships and expand market presence across a priority geography.

What you’ll be doing
- Executing and evolving the distribution strategy across the Middle East Wholesale and Family Office market
- Growing and diversifying assets through new and existing intermediary relationships
- Introducing new investment capabilities to meet client and market demand
- Strengthening and supporting existing regional partners
- Working closely with the Head of MEA & Australia and regional colleagues
- Collaborating with Global Financial Institutions teams on key international bank relationships
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years’ experience in business development or relationship management in the Middle East
- Strong track record of asset raising with financial intermediaries
- Investment expertise across Fixed Income, Equities and Liquid Alternatives
- Deep understanding of the Middle East distribution and regulatory landscape
- Commercial, consultative and relationship-led approach
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset
- Confident using data and technology to inform targeting and distribution strategy
