As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing dynamic, multi-billion-pound portfolios while helping to design the next generation of investment strategies. Working closely with an experienced Investment Director and a high-performing team, you’ll influence major decisions, lead on complex transactions, and contribute to a culture of rigorous, collaborative, research-driven investing.
What You’ll Do

Steer the management and continued growth of Private Equity and Private Credit portfolios.

Design and refine investment strategies that meet the long-term needs of Partner Funds.

Lead origination, due diligence, legal negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of fund commitments and co-investments.

Present new transactions to internal investment committees and participate actively in strategic decision-making forums.

Represent the organisation on Limited Partner Advisory Committees across external funds.

Drive the development of future fund launches and help build a transparent, repeatable investment process.

Act as an ambassador at industry events, promoting thought leadership and best practice.

Champion risk management, ESG integration, and responsible investment standards.

Lead, develop, and mentor junior team members, contributing to a diverse and high-performance culture.
What You’ll Bring

Significant senior-level investment experience, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment.

Deep expertise in Private Equity and Private Credit, including fund and co-investment exposure.

Qualifications

Degree level or equivalent.

CFA or equivalent professional qualification / relevant investment experience.
