We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded VP, Fixed Income eSales to help shape and grow our client's electronic trading business within Global Markets. This role offers the opportunity to lead key client relationships, enhance digital trading capabilities, and play a pivotal part in building a best-in-class eTrading model across Credit and Rates products.

The Opportunity
As VP, you’ll partner with the Head of Digital Global Markets and voice sales teams to drive electronic trading volumes, optimise performance, and enhance our client offering. You’ll manage relationships with major Fixed Income eTrading venues, identify new opportunities, and work closely with technology to deliver innovative client solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a low-touch electronic trading model across Fixed Income products.
  • Collaborate with voice sales to analyse eTrading performance and drive client activity.
  • Build and manage relationships with leading Fixed Income trading platforms.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and guide strategy.
  • Partner with internal teams globally to align on best practices and expand our digital footprint.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong understanding of Fixed Income markets and eTrading platforms across Credit and Rates.
  • Proven experience managing electronic trading venue relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
