This is an opportunity for a driven leader to take on an exciting new challenge in a fast-evolving digital payments world.

  • You’ll be at the forefront of payments innovation and technology advancement across a broad range of sectors.
  • You’ll develop, implement and successfully deliver the strategy for Transaction Services product sales into the targeted corporates, financial and non-financial institutions UK wide.
  • You’ll define, evolve and improve sales strategy for all appropriate transaction services products into relevant customers, and drive continuous connectivity with key stakeholders across the bank to ensure the transaction services product needs for the client base are addressed effectively.
  • You’ll secure new transaction banking business from new and existing customers and introduce innovation through technological advancements to existing ones.
  • You’ll be fully connected to product franchises, actively contributing to new product development, product innovation, new product launches and sales.
  • You’ll lead, coach and develop the team, enabling them to develop to their full potential and deliver the business strategy within the approved risk appetite and framework.
  • You’ll have a proven track record in an origination leadership role, with evidence of direct accountability for financial targets, proven people leadership skills and the ability to deliver results through others and experience in business development to both new and existing clients using a sales management framework.
