The Head of Investment Risk is responsible for developing and managing the investment risk function.

The objective is to provide reporting, oversight and control on investment risk at individual mandate level and in aggregate. This person will motivate, manage and mentor a team of 4 people effectively, ensuring that the associated processes for analysis, challenge and reporting are fit for purpose.

  • Develop comprehensive and effective risk analysis and reporting for mandate level risk, including Private Markets investments and Credit risk
  • Deliver risk oversight and related reports regularly to the Board and ExCo, as well as other key committees as needed.
  • Provide input to key projects including the upgrade if the Risk Infrastructure – Dataflows, Risk System Architecture, Risk Report Generation.
  • Interact with Trustees, Board, Actuaries
  • Develop Integrated Performance Analytics
