Our client is a boutique strategy consulting firm with ambitious growth plans.
This is a newly created role – for a senior HR professional with proven strategic talent management experience in a Tier 1 professional services or financial services environment with high performing teams.
This person will
- Create a more structured recruiting plan and build a talent pool
- Re-evaluate reward structure
- Introduce coaching, feedback and succession planning
- Review skills profiles and identify gaps
This role can be part-time initially – eg 3 days a week but realistically will likely move to full time by the end of 2022
