Head of Change

Investment Management Fund, London, Full Time, Hybrid Working

Reporting to the COO and managing a team, the main purpose of the role is to lead the delivery of the programme of change across the investment management business and act as a strategic partner to the investment floor.

This senior role involves working closely with the executive and senior management to understand the business’ strategic objectives and to ensure that the business change team structure and framework is effective to support delivery of the programme, with appropriate governance and control.

Key responsibility is to ensure appropriate frameworks and processes are in place to ensure:

  • definition of a delivery plan that ensures identification of solutions to meet the business objectives,
  • prioritisation and planning,
  • understanding of downstream impact of change and the risks involved,
  • effective governance and reporting around the programme,
  • defining and managing the budget to deliver the programme of change.
