- Designing and developing exciting new and modern products and services in line with Bank’s global roadmap and principles around sustainability, inclusion, fairness and choice & flexibility.
- Be responsible for setting strategy, policy and governance, with oversight and management of global benefits and pensions frameworks and policies.
- Develop and implement global risk management and control frameworks covering the delivery of benefits and pensions.
- Understand market trends and best practice in benefits and pensions and bring external thinking to shape Bank’s proposition.
- Deep technical knowledge and experience in Benefits & Pension management and governance within a global and preferably in-house capacity along with strong team leadership skills to manage the team.
- Strong stakeholder influencing skills at all levels of management with the ability to deal assertively but sensitively with varied internal and external stakeholders across a global, matrix environment.
- Skilled with using data and insights to inform Benefits and Pension strategy along with a proven track record of successfully leading both design and implementation of complex Benefits and Pensions initiatives.
