Global Client Manager, VP Level, Global Banking and Markets, Global Bank

London, Full time hybrid working


  • Supporting the Global Banking coverage team, facilitating operational support for client onboarding, credit reviews, legal negotiations, KYC renewals and product maintenance and exit activities.
  • Facilitate the onboarding journey for priority clients and act as global single point of escalation.
  • Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the highest standards are met and process improvements are made


  • Strong client facing experience with an ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Strong commercial skills and ability to build excellent working relationships across business units
  • Self-starter with ability to lead and motivate others
  • Previous experience in global markets, KYC, credit and/or regulatory environments would be beneficial
