Corporate Sustainability Manager, UK Asset Manager

London, Flexible/hybrid working

Designing, implementing and leading the Corporate Sustainability function, providing leadership on projects and initiatives with management responsibility for a Corporate Sustainability Analyst.


  • Design and implement corporate sustainability strategy through stakeholder interaction at all levels including Board and ExCo, develop internal infrastructure to support the strategy and drive the Sustainability agenda across the firm
  • Partner with business areas to develop and integrate the strategy, act as company thought-leader
  • Develop metrics and reporting, assist and oversee disclosure of key ESG information to stakeholders
  • Implement new regulation, rules and standards e.g. TCFC, TPT.  Monitor progress towards meeting industry commitments such as the Finance for Biodiversity Pledge
  • Support development of firm-wide training and lead efforts to meet and evolve all regional ESG/Sustainability reporting and disclosure obligations


  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate sustainability, ideally within an Asset Management or Financial Services firm
  • Background in preparing reports in line with sustainability reporting, disclosure frameworks and other technical/regulatory standards
  • Familiarity with asset management industry, client trends, competitor landscape, regulatory and operational frameworks
  • Experience of managing a team and direct reports
  • Project management and consulting experience
