Head of Internal Business Development – Full time with some flex

Internal facing role, responsible for build and delivery of a client relationship strategy to help achieve ambitious growth plans for this Treasury Consultancy company.
Looking for an experienced client relationship manager who can communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and identify key business development (BD) initiatives.
The successful candidate will develop and implement business development strategy, use data to present internally and drive BD and efficiencies, improve BD disciplines and be responsible for the delivery of top client BD plans. They will develop strong relationships with consultants and senior management and manage the CRM system. Also manage lead generation campaigns and work with marketing agencies.
Requires an influential and credible candidate with drive and experience in client management within a financial/consultancy firm and/or a growing business with experience in CRM systems
